741 World Champion -

After I had finished the bike on the back of this shirt, Casey won the world title. Well that was convenient of him, because I had wanted to put something on the front of this shirt, but I didn't want to paint a full sized picture. It also gave me an excuse to have a go at some lettering.
I started by making a paper stencil for the word "WORLD". I sprayed it grey and then moved the stencil to make the shading and sprayed with black ink. I then made a paper stencil for the word "Champion", and sprayed it with red ink. This stencil was then moved down and I then sprayed the drop shadow with grey ink. I then freehanded the "2007" lettering with black ink.

Overall the result was passable, considering my state of mind at the time I painted this shirt. For my first time at Jury Duty (see #740), I must say it was a real circus between the two accused, and the steady stream of witnesses who obviously didn't like the accused. Everyone involved knew each other and lived within a few streets of each other, except for the owner of the stolen vehicle.
